We prefer that you use the Request for Copies of UCC Filings form that we have provided if you are requesting copies of UCC Records. Once the form is completed, you can FAX your request to 505-827-3611. If you are not using the form provided, you must provide the name of the debtor, the file number and the microfilm number of each record for which you are requesting a copy (financing statement, continuations, amendments, etc.), as well as your name, phone number and FAX number. Also include any special instructions, if any, such as "first page only," "last continuation only," "copies certified," etc.
The price for copies of UCC records is $1.00 per page and the copies can be certified for an additional $3.00 per certificate. Full payment must be made prior to delivery of your order. Our office will contact you regarding the total cost of your request and to make arrangements for payment and delivery of copies. Copies of records can be delivered to you via FAX, First Class Mail, or may be picked up at our office during normal business hours (please note that your request cannot be FAXed if you have requested that the copies be certified).
